I read it in two sessions and found it well written, easily understood and doable! It's relatable to all who are in leadership positions or hope to achieve leadership responsibilities whether in church or secular settings. Pastor Craig translates deep spiritual truths to simple, attainable, processes which will certainly achieve desired results and personal growth. In addition, its a great read. I was a member of a church where the pastor was a total authoritarian and didn't believe his congregation had anything of value or insight to offer. Humble pastors who serve along with their flock are revered for their leadership skills. Owens has created a concise guide for pastors that will model how Jesus wants them to lead and serve.
